Led by Jim Mills, our group brings over 69 combined years of local experience. We've sold more than 2,000 properties, and about 94% of our business comes from referrals and repeat clients — the clearest measure of trust we know. Jim has practiced real estate in the Charleston market since 1999, with over 40 years of total sales experience. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation — held by fewer than 4% of REALTORS® nationwide — along with the ABRAccredited Buyer's Representative — specialized training in representing home buyers. and GRIGraduate, REALTOR® Institute — in-depth designation covering real estate law, finance, and ethics. designations. In September 2026 he added the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designation, formal training in how a home is sold out of an estate.
A Kentucky native who has called the Lowcountry home since 1989, Jim built the business one client at a time across the Goose Creek and Summerville markets. He's a member of the South Carolina, National, and Charleston Trident Associations of REALTORS®, and lives in Berkeley County with his wife, Pam.
